Since 1981, the Dufour family has been proudly writing the Cosy Hotels adventure in the heart of La Rochelle. It all began with Mr. Dufour, architect and 1st Grand Prix de Rome in 1962, whose exceptional eye has shaped the soul and character of each establishment. From the stone to the reception area, his legacy can be seen everywhere: in the meticulously designed spaces, in the gentle way of life so typical of La Rochelle, and in the art of entertaining that makes all the difference. At Cosy Hotels, our greatest motivation has always been the same: to welcome you to our home... as if it were your own.

Through a series of actions contributing to environmental protection, our hotels have long been committed to sustainable development. Our purchasing policy contributes to limiting our environmental impact: Ecolabel-certified cleaning products, integration of thermal insulation programs, air-conditioning control systems to reduce energy consumption, selection of local producers for our Breakfast & Bar offers... We have also set up partnerships with local and national associations: installation of beehives on the roofs of our hotels (Les Ailes pour la Vie), annual donations to associations committed to preserving the oceans (Echo-Mer, Surfrider Foundation Europe, La Grande Collecte)...
