Just a stone's throw away, the Masq Hôtel houses two modern, multi-purpose rooms:
the Studio and the Bastion, designed to adapt flexibly to all your event formats. Finally, l'Atelier, nestled in the heart of the Hôtel Saint Nicolas, welcomes you in a warm and intimate atmosphere, ideal for your seminars and working days.

Our three reception areas can be adapted to suit your every need: strategic meetings, product launches or upscale, convivial cocktails. For a breath of fresh air, our tree-lined terrace is the perfect place to relax. Complementing the 3 meeting spaces, the Veranda & its pretty bow window offer the ideal setting for convivial moments: gourmet breaks, Finger Food Cocktail lunches, brunches...
For your comfort, everything has been taken care of, with state-of-the-art technology at your disposal: video projector and touch screen, Bose sound system for an immersive experience, flipcharts. Nespresso machines and a refined selection from Palais des Thés are freely available, along with bottles of still and sparkling micro-filtered water, and a mini-bar offering fresh beverages from our local terroir.

Le Salon de la Maison Saint-Nicolas
On the second floor of our bourgeois building, discover Le Salon. With its 80 m² of soothing natural light, this plenary room embodies the spirit of «being at home» in a generous dimension, ideal for your large-scale events.
A space with character for all your configurations :
- Theater format: up to 60 people for your conferences (chairs with table)
- in Square format: up to 42 people for your collaborative exchanges
- Classroom format: up to 36 people for your training sessions
- or in U-shape: up to 30 people for your executive committees.
To ensure your presentations run smoothly, Le Salon is equipped with the very best technology, discreetly integrated into its elegant decor: video projector with high-definition BenQ system, wireless microphones and Bose sound system. If you're organizing a videoconference, we guarantee optimum comfort thanks to our sound & video bar.
You can also enjoy free access to a hot drinks bar with a Nespresso machine and a selection of Palais des Thés fine teas. To quench your thirst, we offer you our micro-filtered still and sparkling waters, a guarantee of quality and freshness.

Perched on the second floor of our bourgeois mansion (with elevator), Le Grenier is a 50 m² space full of character, combining authentic charm and modernity. On request, we can provide you with a small adjoining private lounge, ideal for sub-commissions or private meetings. Le Grenier adapts to your needs:
- in Theater format, for up to 30 people - (chair with shelf)
- in Square format (up to 24 people)
- in U-shape (up to 20 people) and in Class format (up to 18 people for your training sessions)
Just like our other spaces, Le Grenier boasts state-of-the-art equipment and top-of-the-range services for total peace of mind: high-speed wifi, touch screen with wireless connection via box, wireless speakers for sound. A dedicated area with Nespresso machine and a selection of Palais des Thés teas is freely accessible and included in your rental. You'll also find our still and sparkling waters micro-filtered on site for optimum freshness all day long.

Located in the heart of the Maison Saint-Nicolas, La Bibliothèque is a privileged 30 m² workspace. True to its name, this ground-floor setting offers a hushed, calm and resolutely «cosy» atmosphere. It's the ideal place for your board meetings, recruitment sessions or small brainstorming sessions.
Its layout has been designed to promote proximity and quality of exchanges, and can accommodate up to 12 people in square format and up to 8 people in U-shaped format.
A television is available for your presentations. Enjoy a Nespresso coffee or a selection of Palais des Thés teas freely available throughout your working session. To quench your thirst, our bottles of still and sparkling water, micro-filtered on site, are also at your disposal.

A warm and spacious plenary room
At the Masq Hôtel, our 70 m² plenary room, bathed in natural light, has been designed to accommodate your meetings and working days. Fully equipped: video projector, selection of teas and coffees, filtered bottled water.
The Studio adapts to the configuration that best suits your event. It can accommodate up to :
- 28 people in U configuration,
- 30 people in Class format
- 40 people in Carré.
- and for groups of 40 to 65 people in a theater layout (chair with shelf), to ensure optimum comfort and visibility for all.

Le Bastion du Masq Hotel
For your small-group work sessions, brainstorming workshops or meetings, the Masq Hôtel offers a bright, intimate 15 m² sub-commission room. Equipped with an I3 Touch 65” touch screen, and offering tea, coffee and water, the Bastion creates a concentrated working environment, ideal for exchanges that require discretion and depth.
Le Bastion can accommodate small groups in two configurations: U-shaped for up to 5 people, or square for up to 6.

L'Atelier du Saint-Nicolas
In the heart of the Hôtel Saint-Nicolas ****, nestles L'Atelier: an intimate and refined seminar room, designed for those who wish to combine efficiency with a touch of soul.
In a 40 m² space, you can welcome up to 20 people for your meetings, workshops and working days. L'Atelier adapts to your needs:
- Up to 14 participants in a U-shape configuration, to encourage exchanges
- For up to 20 people in square or island formats, as you wish
To ensure that every moment is as pleasant as it is productive, we make sure that nothing is missing: Malongo coffee, a selection of teas from the Palais des Thés brand, and bottles of micro-filtered still and sparkling water freely available... As well as everything you need to work serenely: X» television equipped with the BenQ system.
