Cosy Hotels manages several 3- and 4-star hotels in the heart of La Rochelle. For several years now, these hotels have been the highest-rated in the area among tourists, thanks in particular to the quality of their staff and their ongoing renovation efforts.
Concerned about our impact on the environment, our renovations and practices enable us to reduce our energy costs. We are also a partner of various local associations such as Echo Mer, L.P.O and les Ailes de la vie, all of which contribute to protecting our environment.
We are looking for several day and night receptionists to strengthen our reception teams.
Profile required Welcoming, smiling, enthusiastic, people skills, organized.
You speak English and/or Spanish.
Your mission :
Home Welcome guests, facilitate their stay and manage their departure. You'll keep the reservation schedule up to date, inform customers on the phone about the hotel's availability and make reservations.
Depending on your skills and motivation, you may be asked to respond to customer comments and social networking sites. You could also be asked to serve in the hotel bar, or help welcome events in the reception areas.
Administrative : You will be responsible for closing the cash registers at the end of the day and verifying customer invoices and payments received.
Special features depending on the item variants :
– Night receptionist: Must be able to work independently, operate the security system, and set up the breakfast buffet and the dining room. (11-hour night shift: works a schedule of 4 nights on and 3 nights off per two-week period).
Commitments :
Accompanied by the Reception Manager or 1st Receptionist, after training in the tools and policy of reception and customer service*, you will be supported in your mission and will work in pairs throughout your training phase. On a fixed-term contract, the salary offered is based on 35H and will be accompanied by a bonus on Objectives as well as reimbursement (up to 50% for public transport and up to 200€ for journeys made by bicycle as part of our customer CSR policy) for your transport costs. A company health insurance scheme is available, covered up to 50% by the company.
We offer 2 consecutive days off and a weekend every 4 or 5 weeks.
