Cosy Hotels manages several 3- and 4-star hotels in the heart of La Rochelle. For several years now, these hotels have been the highest-rated in the area among tourists, thanks in particular to the quality of their staff and their ongoing renovation efforts.

We are looking for several floor staff to strengthen our room service / Gouvernant teams.

Your mission :
Accompanied by the housekeeper, you will :
- Maintenance of rooms, bathrooms and common areas.
- Restocking courtesy trays,
- The correct transmission of instructions to the housekeeper, reception, technical service, etc.
Occasionally, you may be asked to :
- With the housekeeper or assistant housekeeper, receive linen from the launderer
- Counting and checking deliveries to match the number of items delivered
- Participate in internal or external quality controls of cleaned rooms, as required.
- Assist the breakfast service team.
Commitments :
After training in the tools and policy of reception and customer service*, you will be supported in your mission. On a fixed-term contract, the salary offered is based on 35H and will be accompanied by a bonus on Objectives as well as reimbursement (up to 50% for public transport and up to 200€ for journeys made by bicycle as part of our customer CSR policy) for your transport costs. A company health insurance scheme is available, covered up to 50% by the company.
We offer 2 consecutive days off and a weekend every 4 or 5 weeks.
