Residential seminar package

The all-inclusive package for groups looking to combine work, team-building, and relaxation over several days. It includes room rental for the day, homemade gourmet morning and afternoon breaks (hot beverages, homemade treats, and seasonal fruit), an on-site lunch prepared by our partner caterer in La Rochelle (or served at one of our partner restaurants), as well as an overnight stay at one of our properties. A turnkey experience, from the first meeting to breakfast the next morning—in an inspiring setting, just steps from La Rochelle’s Old Port.

Study Day Formula

Designed for groups looking to enjoy a full day of productive work without overnight accommodations, this package includes full-day room rental and homemade gourmet snacks during the morning and afternoon breaks. For lunch, we’d be delighted to recommend some great spots in La Rochelle just a stone’s throw from your meeting venue! All the comfort and quality of a residential seminar, condensed into a single day. Ideal for executive committees, training sessions, or strategic planning workshops.
Our teams manage all logistics, including catering, in coordination with our local partners - guaranteed quality, simplified organization.

You've already organized your catering and accommodation, and you're simply looking for a professional, well-located and perfectly equipped space to host your meeting, presentation or corporate event? Our room rental package is just what you're looking for!

Available for half-day, full-day or evening sessions, this package gives you access to our modular meeting rooms, with no additional services required. You retain total organizational freedom, while benefiting from a quality setting, full audiovisual equipment and support from our teams in configuring and installing your space.
Our rooms can accommodate from 5 to 70 people, depending on the configuration, and are located just a stone's throw from the Old Port - an ideal location for your teams coming from all over France, 2h30 from Paris by TGV and right next to the SNCF train station. Rates vary according to room, duration and period: contact our team for a personalized quote.
