For more than twenty years, L'Hôtel B&B La Rochelle Centre has been cultivating its difference. Offering living spaces more spacious than all the other representatives of the hotel chain, established since the year 2000 in the immediate vicinity of the SNCF station, the hyper-centre of Rochelle or the Aquarium, our two-star establishment also stands out by continuously improving the quality of the welcome and comfort within it.
Beyond a personalised service so that the guests feel almost like «at home», the dozen or so employees of the hotel apply every day to what the visitors, in a professional capacity or for their leisure, be received in the best conditions. Marlène Roussel-Bertrand, who has been working for the Hotel B&B La Rochelle Centre for over ten years, was appointed director this spring and can attest to the family atmosphere in her “second home”: Here, we spend a lot of time and feel like a family, with a lot of help between us. Recruited as a receptionist, the young woman became head of reception in 2015. With the main role of supervising the night and day teams, 7 people, and assignments such as managing reservations, sending invoices to partners, and, of course, the reception of customers, Marlène has been concretely during the last two years the «right hand» of the director of the B&B La Rochelle Centre Hotel.
